Jennifer Heister
Jennifer is an Associate Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga teacher. She began her yoga practice in 2001 inside her parents’ family room, blasting Baron Baptiste DVDs. Since then, she has pursued her teacher training with Baron and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour certified Power Vinyasa Teacher. Jennifer is committed to the Baptiste Power Vinyasa style because of its amazing capability to transform the mind, body and spirit.
Believing yoga to be a challenging practice, both on a physical level and on a spiritual level, Jennifer is completely hooked on this challenge! She is constantly amazed by the level of opportunity for growth that occurs with a constant practice. Her classes are a playful yet challenging power flow, emphasizing strength, alignment, and breath to quiet the mind and spark an everlasting fire deep within. Jennifer hopes to inspire others to find a deeper connection to themselves and to others.
