Jennifer Heister
Currently based in New York City, Jennifer is an Associate Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She completed her training with Baron Baptiste in 2008, after practicing this style for over 10 years. Jennifer is also a certified Ki Power Vinyasa teacher, trained by Isauro Fernandez whom she assists for and practices with often. Jennifer is a fully insured instructor and holds a 200-HR Certification with the Yoga Alliance as a Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
Believing yoga to be a challenging practice, both on a physical level and on a spiritual level, Jennifer is completely hooked on it! She is constantly amazed by the level of opportunity for growth that occurs with a constant practice. She believes in yoga's amazing capability to transform allows full connection to our hearts, awareness of our own unique rhythm of breath, and discovery of our true life force. Her classes are a playful yet challenging power flow, emphasizing strength, alignment, and breath to quiet the mind and spark an everlasting fire deep within. Jennifer hopes to inspire others to find a deeper connection to themselves and to others.
