I am a complete beginner to yoga and I don't know any of the moves. Will I be out of my depth in one of your classes?

If you are a complete beginner, please call reception ahead of your class so we can inform the relevant teacher. In some cases, the teacher will have time before the class to run through some basics with you.

We will be having beginner level classes from September. But you may wish to consider a private so that you can have dedicated one on one time with one of our teachers who can cater to your particular questions and needs. Call reception for rates, and a mutually convenient time can be arranged with a teacher of your choice or one recommended by us.
