Halle has been a yoga practitioner for over 13 years and sites her influences as Shiva Rea, John Friend, Isauro Fernandez, Loren Basset, Sandra Loring and most importantly her guru - Sponge Bob Squarepants . She has run yoga retreats around the world and is delighted to be back teaching in the most beautiful studio in New york City ! Remember life is no dress rehearsal so let’s rock! See you on the mat.
