Earth Yoga Instructor - Carlos RodriguezCristina sees the practice of yoga as an offering of the heart, where movement and breath are tools connecting with the truest sense of self and a higher sense of consciousness. Her practice of yoga dates back six years when she became attracted to the physical side of practice. Cristina soon realized that yoga required not just a strong body, but a focused mind and an understanding of the breath to attain deep meditation.

Cristina's ultimate goal in teaching is to seek to create space and strength in the body and in the mind in order to create order in life through a grounding, challenging, expansive and uplifting Vinyasa practice.

Her classes are slow-flowing but intense and creative with a strong emphasis on alignment, developed from her extensive studies with Alison West, John Friend and Alex Auder, and are spiced up by challenging arm balances and core work.
