Tal Tenzer
Tal Tenzer is a modern-day yogini and sports jock rolled into one. In her Core conditioning class, she leads a 50 minute, high-energy combo of cardio, strength, toning and endurance, targeting all major muscle groups. Tal has certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, the American Council of Exercise and the American Aerobics and Fitness Association. She teaches classes in YogaFit, Aquatic Functional Training, TRX, Anti-Gravity Yoga, MADDOG Spinning and Rebounding.
