Emily Holland
Emily has been practicing yoga regularly for over 12 years, and draws her practice from numerous styles and teachers including her mother, a Hatha yoga practitioner of over 40 years. Emily’s first experience with Vinyasa yoga began in a packed class in Cambridge taught by Baron Baptiste. The fluid, healing nature of the practice drew her in immediately, and now over eight years later she cannot imagine life without it! After college, she began working full time for the Baptiste organization and deepened her practice by learning fundamentals of teaching through Baron’s Level I and Level II Teacher Trainings. After moving to New York City, Emily continued her study of different styles of yoga, traveling abroad to study Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Shadow yoga.
Emily encourages her students to be adventurous, have fun, and to find freedom in flow and alignment.
